  • 30g prepared taramasalata
  • 30g prepared babaganoush
  • 30g prepared houmous
  • 20g prepared tzatziki
  • 50g prepared chargrilled red pepper
  • 50g prepared chargrilled yellow pepper
  • 50g prepared chargrilled aubergine
  • 50g prepared chargrilled courgette
  • 2 jumbo asparagus spears, de-eared and trimmed and roasted or chargrilled (when in season, use English for a supreme flavour)
  • 30g mixed olives
  • 30g Nocellera Sicillian green olives
  • 30g sun-roasted tomatoes
  • 100g feta cheese, cubed and drizzled with olive oil

  • 4 mini pittas, toasted and sliced in half lengthways
  • 4 slices of ciabatta, brushed with olive oil, rubbed with garlic and toasted, baked or chargrilled

Method

As pictured, place all ingredients on a wooden or slate sharing board for a great fresh tasting and colourful mezze platter
