A day in the life of Verne Wooden – Customer Operations Manager

managementI have been with Reynolds since February 1998 and am now the Customer Operations manager.

My role within the Contact Centre involves managing a large team of customer agents across day and night shifts. I have to ensure that all aspects of our orders are dealt with accurately and this means working to tight deadlines to ensure the deliveries are despatched on time.

It’s critical that we have enough of the right products to fulfil the thousands of orders we deliver each day. It is an extremely challenging role and one I really enjoy. As a team our goal is to improve our customer’s experience and exceed their expectations.
