place an orderAt Reynolds, we aim to give customers the best service. We make placing orders as easy as possible. Orders can be placed by:

  • Telephone
  • E mail
  • Fax
  • EDI

Customers can also place orders by voicemail and where appropriate set up standing orders.

Should you wish to place an order by a method other than phone, please contact our customer services team.

To place an order by telephone, just call 0845 310 6200 and press option 1

Please note that the office is staffed at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday 7am – 11pm*
  • Saturday 7am – 5:30pm
  • Sunday 8am – 11pm*
